Terms of use
These terms cover the SA Roleplay website, User Control Panel, and the connected FiveM roleplay server. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not register.
Not affiliated with Rockstar
SA Roleplay is an independent fan community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, or Cfx.re. Grand Theft Auto, the game’s characters, vehicles, and artwork, and the Rockstar marks, belong to their owners. Screenshots on this site are used as backgrounds for the community. They are not a claim of ownership.
Who can join
You must be 18 or older. You must register with a real email address you control, and the details you give must be yours. One person may hold one account unless staff agree otherwise.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your login. Do not share the account, sell it, or let someone else play on it. Staff can refuse, lock, or close an account that breaks server rules, these terms, or the law. A ban on the game server can include a ban of the panel account.
What you send us
Applications, requests, and character stories must be your own writing. Do not include someone else’s private information. Staff can read what you submit and can refuse it.
Shop
Credits are sold through Tebex. Tebex’s checkout terms apply to the payment. Activity points and credits are a licence to use digital items on this server. They are not cash, not a bank balance, and not transferable for money. Items can be removed if they were bought with a chargeback, a stolen payment method, or an account that is banned.
The service can change
The server and this website can go offline, wipe progress, or change rules. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing on this page takes away rights you cannot legally give up, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales hear disputes, except where the law where you live requires a different court for a consumer claim.
